I had a fantastic stay, and for the price, the spacious room with a gorgeous marina view was unbeatable. The staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home, plus the location was perfect for exploring nearby bars and restaurants.
The breakfast menu could benefit from having fresh pastries included.

My room included a refrigerator, a writing desk and ironing facilities. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Napier.

The location is fantastic with amazing views and cozy cafes nearby. The cleaning staff were really friendly, which added to the charm. The decor felt a bit outdated, and I wished the balcony offered more privacy. A decent spot for a relaxing getaway.

The location was marvellous and awesome, near to the bars/restaurants and local attractions. Good staff with the grumpy receptionist and the facilities provided were excellent.

review: The location near the marina made exploring Napier a breeze, as numerous cafes and scenic walks are just steps away. Room cleanliness was adequate, though attention to detail could improve. A more comfortable bed would enhance the experience, especially for longer stays. , rating: 7, date of stay: 2024-03-15}

We had an awesome room on the top floor over looking the harbour and the sea beyond. It was generous in size and well appointed.

We stayed in a wheelchair accessible unit, but the bathroom flooded heaps when we showered. Staff were friendly, and the location was sweet as near the marina.

Would stay here again, a such great stay for 1 night business trip. The hotel is the best base for a trip in Napier. Food options are fantastic. The room is quiet and absolutely great and equipped with satellite TV, climate control and a microwave.

The spa bath was a luxurious touch that allowed me to unwind after a long day, creating the perfect environment for relaxation.
I did notice the absence of air conditioning or ceiling fans, which could make the room a bit warm during peak hours. This minor setback was easily overshadowed by the overall comfort and amenities provided, but it's worth noting.

Management were very friendly and helpful. Lovely views and easy walking to many bars and cafes in the area.
The Queen bed was very hard and uncomfortable - needs upgrading and it was quite noisy on weekend nights from nearby licensed premises.
